His academic journey at Trinity Christian College was an extensive curriculum with double majors in Accounting and Business Administration, along with minors in Finance, Communications, and Spanish. Nick’s professional career began in the public accounting sector of Chicago, where he not only refined his expertise but also earned his CPA certification.

As CFO since 2009, he has been the financial steward of Innotec, guiding the company with analytical precision and strategic financial planning where he has been a force of innovation for over 21 years. His leadership has been instrumental beyond finance as he led the launching of two key divisions, including a significant international expansion in Mexico, where he demonstrated his global operational leadership over a three-year tenure. His strategic insights have also been crucial in forging robust relationships with OEMs, driving corporate sales and growth.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Nick’s dedication to education and community shines through his involvement with Innocademy & iCademy schools. His governance on the Board of Innocademy for 12 years, serving as President or Treasurer, reflects his commitment to nurturing future leaders.

Family is central to Nick’s life. His 22-year partnership with his wife, Rebekah, and their journey raising four children, from college to middle school, has imbued him with a perspective that enriches his professional leadership with empathy and balance.
