
Philip Dejonge
History
After getting his bachelor’s in engineering, he started out his career leading teams of engineers in hands-free manufacturing through automation, and now works with low volume highly technical products. Philip has led in both small private companies and large public companies. Through this range of experience in business structures, product types, and industries, it is clear that what makes good leadership work is the same everywhere. Philip went through LeaderWork 5 years ago and has stayed involved ever since. The intentional structure and actionable ways LeaderWork teaches to apply the 13 principles is something to be taught and practiced over a lifetime.
